The use of this site is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use set forth below and elsewhere on the site as indicated. By using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

SousVideShop specialises in commercial hi-quality kitchen products for professional kitchens, ranging from hotels and hospitals to canteens, restaurants and professional cooking schools.

For home cooking we specialise in SousVide machines, vacuum packaging machines and foodsafe vacuum bags/pouches

Privacy.
We protect your privacy and your data will not be given to any third party. 

Payment.
We accept:

• Bank transfer
• Payment at delivery (Portugal only)
• Credit / debet cards:

Shipping & Delivery Times.
We ship to most European countries.

Delivery time is the estimated time from we send the products and until you should receive them.

Total time (the time from you order and until you receive the products) is dependent on the availability of the item/s in your order. A total delivery date can in principle not be guaranteed, since we have no influence on delays in delivery by the manufacturer and/or the shipping partners or force majeure.

Delivery Costs and Further Delivery Time Information
We ship with registered Air Mail or by courier. Our shipping prices are automatically calculated based on destination country and the weight of the products ordered.

The total shipping/delivery costs are shown in the checkout.

Warranty.

The warranty for new items is 24 months, if non-professional use.
The warranty for new articles is 6 months in case of sale to companies, professional use or equivalent conditions.

The warranty or service period begins with the date of reception by the first owner.
This warranty does not restrict the buyer's reclamation rights or legal rights.

We provide warranty for our products under the following conditions:

In accordance with the following Portuguese regulations (Nº 2 - 7), repairing product failures that have been proven to be caused by defects in material or
manufacturing errors within the warranty period.
2.
The warranty period is 24 months or 6 months if the product is used professionally or under equivalent conditions. The warranty period begins with
the date the product was received by the first owner. The date is usually on the original purchase invoice.

The warranty does not cover:
- Parts subject to natural or normal wear, as well as damage to the product resulting from such wear.
- Damage to the product resulting from failure to follow directions for use, misuse, abnormal environmental conditions, improper service conditions, overload or poor maintenance and care.
- Damage to the product caused by the use of accessories, add-ons or replacement parts other than original parts delivered by us.
- Products that have been altered or have been added to any items.
- Minimum deviations from the expected behavior or condition which is indispensable to ensure the value and suitability of the product for use.

Defective products, which we believe are covered by the warranty, will be repaired free of charge at our option, or replaced with
a flawless product (possibly also by a successor model). Replaced products or parts become our property.

Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. To do so, the complete product in question must be presented or shipped to our address along with the original purchase invoice that must include the date of purchase.

Buyer will bear all shipping costs and risks if they ship the product to our address.

Our commercial warranty does not support any claims that extend beyond the scope of the right to remedy tool failures mentioned in the warranty terms.

Our commercial warranty do not extend or renew the warranty period for the product.

Return policy.
1. Standard products can be returned to us, or exchanged.

You must contact us first, to receive a return-number. Without this return-number, we will not accept your return. Just send the product to us

- in the original packaging, and suitable for re-sale again
- with the return-number you have received from us
- with a copy of the order or invoice
- the reason for the return
- within 14 days after reception of the product

and we will exchange your product or refund your money within 2 days after reception of the returned goods. Refunds will be made by re-crediting the payment card account from which the money was originally debited, or by transfer to your bank account if you paid by bank transfer.

You are responsible for the shipping and shipping costs to us. Please keep a "proof of postage" when returning goods.

2. Made-to-order products cannot be exchanged, returned or canselled.

3. Defective products
If the product is within the warranty period, you can send the defective product to us.
Please include your name, order number, a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return.

The product will be repaired, or replaced with a new product, and sent back to you without any transport cost.

We cannot issue refunds for defective items.

Any information supplied through this website or by any of our employees or agents, whether by telephone, e-mail, letter, facsimile or other form of communication, is for informational purposes or general guidance and does not constitute professional advice.

SousvideShop, as well as other names, button icons, text, graphics, logos, images, designs, titles, words or phrases, audio clips, page headers and service names used on this web site are the trademarks, service marks, trade names or other protected intellectual property of SousvideShop, or it's owner. They may not be used in connection with any third party products or services. All other brands and names are the property of their owners.

Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction shall, as far as legally permissible, be Barreiro/Portugal. The place of performance shall be the registered office of the company. For all legal relations between us and the party ordering, the law of the Portugal shall apply to the exclusion of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods 1980 (CISG), even if the party ordering has its registered office abroad. The language of the court shall be Portuguese.

In these terms and conditions: SousvideShop is a service of Advanier, Lda (Portugal). "SousvideShop" means, SousvideShop / Advanier, Lda. and any successor in title: "We and Us" means SousvideShop / Advanier, Lda. either as an individual corporate entity or together with you, as the context requires. "You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions.
